Overview

Safwa for Contracting executed ten buildings — numbers 1 to 3 and 8 to 14 — in the third residential district (R3) of the New Administrative Capital, part of a group of 64 mixed-use buildings combining commercial, administrative and residential uses.

The buildings were awarded by direct agreement under a contract between the New Urban Communities Authority, as owner, and Safwa for Contracting.
