Overview
The project covers the construction, finishing and fitting-out of the administrative building owned by the Egyptian Federation for Construction and Building Contractors — the body that represents the country's contractors.
The building comprises two basements, a ground floor and ten typical floors in the Eighth District of Nasr City, Cairo.

- Concrete structure: 2 basements, ground floor and 10 typical floors
- Façades and architectural finishing
- Fitting-out and equipping of the building
