A 30,000 m² corporate campus of two buildings for Etisalat Misr in the Fifth Settlement, delivered by Safwa for Contracting in eight months.
Overview
The project was executed on an area of 30,000 m² and consists of building S4, with five typical floors plus the main entrance, and building S3, with three floors.
The premises include administrative offices, gym facilities, restaurants and cafeterias, reception lobbies, lounges, meeting rooms and water features.
