Overview
The project consists of two buildings. The hotel was executed on an area of 9,280 m² with a ground floor plus six typical floors, and comprises a lobby, cafeteria, reception, restaurants and 126 rooms.
The Investors' Service Building was executed on an area of 22,400 m². It consists of a ground floor plus seven typical floors, composed of offices and social halls serving investors in the zone.
